Effective AGIYA K9 storefront launch.
AGIYA Industries, LLC (“we”) operates the AGIYA K9 storefront. This policy describes the information we collect to take an order, produce embroidery or screen print, and ship inside the United States.
Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, company), shipping address, order notes, artwork files, and the contents of your work order. We also store cookie-based employee admin sessions. Guest carts live in your browser until you check out.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe Tax uses the shipping address you provide at checkout to calculate sales tax. Stripe’s privacy policy governs card data.
We use this information to quote, produce, ship, email order confirmations, and notify the studio of new paid tickets. We do not sell customer lists.
Orders and artwork remain in our production database so we can reprint or resolve a ticket. Contact the studio if you need a stored file removed after the job ships.
