AGIYA K9 ships finished goods to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally on this storefront. Checkout collects a US street address, two-letter state, and ZIP.
Standard US shipping is $6.50. Merchandise subtotals of $75.00 and up ship free. Tax is calculated separately by Stripe Tax and is not included in the free-shipping threshold.
Custom embroidery and screen print ship after production, not the same day as payment. Catalog blanks still need decoration time when you add a mark. Tracking is sent when the ticket is marked shipped.
Decorated custom work is made to order and is not returnable unless we shipped the wrong item or a defect we caused. Photograph the issue and contact the studio at (346) 367-7237within 7 days of delivery. Unopened catalog blanks without decoration may be discussed case by case.
